To ensure my safety, i require screening verification for all new friends prior to booking your first appointment. I must verify your true legal identity before meeting you in person. You can expedite scheduling by including your screening info with your booking request. (High profile clients with privacy concerns may request a non-disclosure agreement.)
Screen to be seen. No exceptions. Please select one of the following screening methods:
1. Employment Verification: Provide a copy of Pay stub, company profile page, LinkedIn
2. Government Issued ID: Provide a copy of driver's license, identification card, or passport.
3. Social Presence: Provide handles or links to your Facebook & LinkedIn
4. Referrals: Provide contact info for at least 2 verified providers whom you’ve seen within 2 years who are willing to vouch for you.
5. PD Reviews: PD members with at least 3 reviews, click “get screened” and text me your PD handle

• First & last name
• Phone number
• Preferred date, time, duration, and location
As a low-volume, high value provider working a full-time day job, my availability is limited and I am unable to respond to every request. My free time is sacred to me and I am extremely selective in choosing whom to share it with. A thoughtful and respectful approach is far more likely to get a response than “Are you available”.
While I do my best to accommodate same day requests, I highly encourage planning ahead. Pre-booking allows me time to prepare for you without the rush and stress of last minute arrangements. Providing all requested info with your initial booking request saves time and is much appreciated.
